  • Absolutely! All Sew Unique pieces are individually made with love and attention to detail — making them ideal for thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts. Whether you're celebrating a birthday or simply want to surprise someone special, our items are ready to impress.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and a description of the issue.
    We will happily offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

  • Unfortunately, custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees, once the item has been returned in accordance with our policy.

  • All items are checked carefully before dispatch and packed securely.
    Sew Unique cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit by third-party carriers.  If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend photographing it immediately and contacting the delivery service directly to raise a claim.

  • If you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch via enquiries@sewuniquecreations.co.uk with your order number and photographs where applicable. We’ll do our best to help you.

Shipping & Postage Information

  • We currently offer shipping within the UK only.

  • Shipping costs are based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll be able to view the final shipping cost during checkout, before confirming your purchase.

  • We aim to provide the most affordable and reliable shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

  • Yes, both standard and tracked shipping options are available at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail or another reliable courier service, depending on the order size and destination.
